Underwriting Criteria
We target well-maintained one or two family, owner-occupied
homes valued between $80,000 - $750,000. We will consider
homes of all ages. Homes that are more than 50 years
old must have been renovated to comply with current
building codes within the last 15
years. (Evidence of sound condition and updates must
accompany your application.)

Other Considerations
Following are some examples of the types of risks
we avoid:
- Homes with trampolines, pools with diving boards
or slides and/or pools that are not completely fenced,
walled or screened
- Homeowners with a past history of a bite or attack
by any domestic or non-domestic animal maintained
as a pet or any animal, which may be classified
as a vicious breed
- Prefabricated houses or modular homes built prior
to January 2002
- Homes classified as motor homes, house boats,
house trailers or trailer homes
- Vacant homes
- Homes in the course of construction prior to the
issuance of a certificate of occupancy
